Job Responsibilities:
- Be able to independently create high-quality teaching materials, such as: teaching videos, teaching demonstrations, teaching materials (all can be used for course recording); Possess academic ability and cultivate students’ academic development potential.
- Ability to maintain the excellence and efficiency of the courses taught, as well as the results of the courses; Ensure regular dialogue with students, answer questions, and provide timely feedback on assignments and papers; Build personal relationships with students.
- Stay up-to-date and academically competent in your professional field, and teach cutting-edge academic knowledge that keeps pace with the times.
- Provide additional reading materials for students’ curriculum development, supervise, and provide students with learning suggestions or directions.

Promote students’ skills development and improvement, coordinate the practical practice required for course learning, establish students’ practical skills improvement plan, and set recommended growth goals for each student.

- In-depth understanding of Chinese culture, combined with Chinese culture and clinical psychological expertise, has a comprehensive integration of Chinese culture, clinical experience and interpersonal relationships.
- Demonstrated stable and excellent professional competence in the field of psychology and clinical psychology.
- Preference is given to professors who are fluent in both Chinese and English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support course professors to help create exceptional course experiences.
- Assist professors in effective communication with students during the course to ensure academic progress.
- Provide support and assistance to professors to ensure excellence in course learning and academic progress.

During the course (including before, during and after the course), ensure the teaching results and assist the professor in course preparation and homework.
Job requirements:

- Good communication skills, ability to perform well under pressure, focus on team spirit.
- Bilingual communication skills (bilingual in English and Chinese).
- Must have experience in counselling/psychology/psychiatric therapy.
